RealShopTransfer (“we”, “us”) operates an English marketplace and portal for TikTok Shop and account transfer facilitation with Escrow coordination. Contact: [email protected].

2. Information we collect

• Account data — name, email, password hash, company, phone, invite code, membership status.
• Application data — transfer interest (shop / account / invite), region, budget, listing references, free-text messages.
• Transaction data — Escrow deal amounts, stages, payment references, transfer type, notes (payment completion occurs inside Escrow).
• Technical data — cookies/session tokens, browser type, approximate IP region, and basic usage logs needed for security.

3. How we use information

• Create and secure accounts, sessions, and membership access.
• Review demand applications and open approved memberships.
• Coordinate Escrow deals, transfer desk operations, and dispute handling.
• Send operational notices (status changes, security alerts). Marketing email only with consent where required.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with:

• Infrastructure providers (e.g. Cloudflare hosting, D1 database) that process data on our behalf.
• Counterparty and transfer specialists when you open an Escrow deal (name/contact as needed for handover).
• Law enforcement or regulators when legally required.

6. Retention

Account and deal records are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for audit, dispute, and legal compliance (typically up to 7 years for transaction records unless a longer period is required).

7. Security

Passwords are stored using salted one-way hashing (PBKDF2). Sessions use HTTP-only Secure cookies. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal data, or object to certain processing. Email [email protected]. You may also close your account via support after open Escrow matters are resolved.

9. International users

Our services are offered globally in English. Data may be processed in regions where our infrastructure providers operate (including Cloudflare’s network).

10. Children

The service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11. Changes

We may update this policy and will revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be highlighted on the site or by email where appropriate.
