Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing realshoptransfer.com, registering an account, submitting an application, or using the customer or admin portals, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Escrow Policy, and Risk Disclosure.

2. Service description

RealShopTransfer provides: (a) a marketplace presentation of transfer-related listings; (b) membership application and approval workflows; (c) a customer portal; (d) Escrow deal creation and stage tracking so that all deal payments complete inside Escrow; and (e) optional 1:1 transfer coordination. We are not TikTok, ByteDance, or a bank.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction. You represent that information you provide is accurate and that you have rights to assets you list or sell.

4. Accounts & membership

  • Registration may require an invite code. Membership is typically pending until an administrator approves your demand application.
  • Admin may set transfer type: shop, account, or invite package.
  • We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or Terms violations.
  • Membership fees (if charged) are described at application/approval time and recorded in platform orders.

5. Listings

Featured listings may include sample or curated demo data. Live inventory is subject to verification. Prices, GMV, and follower counts are not guarantees. Always verify before funding Escrow.

6. Escrow-only payments for deals

For marketplace transfer deals, payment and settlement must run through platform Escrow stages (created → funded → transfer → verified → released, or refunded/disputed/cancelled as applicable). Off-platform cash deals are not protected by us. Platform service fees (default rate configured in system, e.g. 5%) may be deducted inside Escrow. Full rules: Escrow Policy.

7. Prohibited conduct

  • Fraud, stolen accounts, credential stuffing, or gray-market circumvention of platform rules.
  • Misrepresenting shop standing, ban status, or ownership.
  • Attempting to bypass Escrow for deal funds after using our desk.
  • Interfering with site security or other users’ accounts.

8. Intellectual property

Site design, branding, and software are owned by RealShopTransfer or licensors. You retain rights to materials you lawfully submit, and grant us a license to use them to operate the service.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM OUTCOMES, OR ASSET PERFORMANCE. SEE RISK DISCLOSURE.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealShopTransfer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from third-party platform actions, seller/buyer breach, or deals funded outside Escrow. Aggregate liability for a claim is limited to fees you paid us for the relevant service in the prior 12 months (or USD $100 if none).

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your listings, misrepresentations, unlawful assets, or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes & termination

We may modify the service or Terms. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. We may terminate access for cause; you may stop using the service at any time subject to open Escrow obligations.
