1. Platform & policy risk

TikTok / TikTok Shop rules, region eligibility, seller scores, and enforcement can change without notice. Assets may be restricted, suspended, or banned after transfer for reasons outside our control.

2. Performance risk

Historical GMV, followers, or rankings do not guarantee future results. Marketing, supply chain, ads spend, and category competition affect outcomes.

3. Ownership & access risk

Transfers depend on correct credentials, linked emails/phones, business verification, and party cooperation. Incomplete due diligence can cause failed handovers even when Escrow is used.

4. Counterparty risk

We facilitate process and Escrow stages; we are not a guarantor of seller honesty or buyer payment capacity beyond funds actually held in a funded Escrow deal.

5. Listing accuracy

Some marketplace cards may be illustrative or demo listings. Always confirm live status with the transfer desk before funding.

6. Regulatory & tax

You are responsible for taxes, business registration, and compliance in your jurisdiction. We do not provide legal or tax advice.

7. Escrow does not remove all risk

Escrow reduces payment/handover risk when rules are followed; it does not eliminate platform bans, post-transfer policy hits, or disputes over subjective “quality”.
