Refunds & Disputes
1. Membership fees
Membership or application fees, once activated by admin approval, are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we cancel the service without cause before you receive access.
2. Escrow deal funds
- Unfunded (created) — No payment collected; cancel freely in portal.
- Funded, before transfer — Buyer may request refund; admin reviews seller readiness and may refund to buyer.
- During transfer / after verified — Refunds only via dispute process with evidence (failed access, material misrepresentation, missing deliverables).
- Released — Deal closed; refunds only in exceptional fraud cases at our discretion and where recoverable.
3. How to open a dispute
Email [email protected] with Escrow ID, timeline, and evidence. Admin may set stage to disputed and freeze release until resolved.
4. Outcomes
Possible outcomes: full refund, partial release, full release to seller, or continued transfer with revised conditions. Platform fees already earned may be non-refundable when services were rendered.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a payment chargeback without first using this process may result in account suspension while we investigate.
